Damage/Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be
returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived.
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a
refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a
partial refund may be issued.
If you received a either a damaged product or a product that you did not order, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service department to report a damage/wrong product received by sending us an email at
info@xchange2.com with subject Damage/Wrong Product and provide us with the following info:
- Your Full Name
- Date of Purchase
- Invoice/Transaction No.
- A Brief Description of the Questioned Item(s) that You Received
2. Our customer service representative will arrange for a UPS call tag which schedules UPS to come to your place to pick up the
subject merchandise.
3. Wait for UPS to come and pick up the package.
